HISTORY OF THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Anatomy and Pathology of the Tashkent Medical Academy was established in 2024 on the basis of the Department of Fundamental Medical Sciences of the Tashkent Medical Academy, which was formed from the Departments of Anatomy and Physiology and Physiology of the UzDJTSU.
Starting from the 2021-2022 academic year, the Faculty of Medicine of UzDJTSU was established. Separate teachers were assigned to the Department of “Anatomy and Physiology” for students of the Medical Department, the department was expanded and carried out its work under the leadership of Prof. DD Safarova, B.Sc. . Starting from the 2022-2023 academic year, the Department of “Anatomy and Physiology” was divided into the Department of “Anatomy” and “Physiology and Pathology”. Starting from the 2023-2024 academic year, the Department of “Physiology and Pathology” was reorganized as the Department of “Fundamentals of Pathology”. By the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on document No. PQ-244 dated July 28, 2023, in order to provide the Tashkent region with qualified medical personnel, the Chirchik branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy was established on the basis of the Medical Faculty of the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports .
In this regard, the Department of "Fundamentals of Pathology" was renamed to the Department of Fundamental Medical Sciences of the Faculty of Medicine of the Tashkent Medical Academy from January 3, 2024. Since September 2024, the department has been reorganized and renamed the Department of "Anatomy and Pathology" . Currently, the department is under the leadership of Associate Professor Serebryakov Vladimir Vladimirovich.
The department conducts practical and lecture classes in the subjects of Normal Physiology, Pathological Physiology, Pathological Anatomy, Human Anatomy, Anatomy and Physiology, Forensic Medicine Examination, Clinical Anatomy (OXTA) for 1st, 3rd, and 4th year students of the Medical Department, Pediatrics, and Pharmacy.

HISTORY OF THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Hygiene, Microbiology and Epidemiology was established in September 2025, and the department has a total of 10 full-time professors and teachers, including 7 full-time professors. The head of the department is Nematov Abdurashid Abdugaffor oglu. The department provides practical and lecture classes to students of the Medical, Pediatrics, and Pharmacy departments in the subjects of "Microbiology, Virology and Immunology", "Hygiene, Military Hygiene and Medical Ecology", "Ecology and Hygiene", "Epidemiology", "Fundamentals of Scientific Research", and "Military Epidemiology" by qualified professors and teachers.
Goals and objectives of the department:
To preserve and strengthen human health and ensure longevity, it is necessary to scientifically study living, working, resting, and eating conditions, to form a healthy lifestyle, to prevent the spread of diseases, to conduct proper propaganda among the population, and to form a healthy society.

The Registrar's Office Department is a structural unit of the Chirchik Branch of Tashkent State Medical University (TDTU Chirchik Branch) and performs tasks such as admission, educational process and student service, organization of academic activities, ensuring openness and transparency of the educational process, preventing bureaucratic obstacles in the system and generating analytical data, as well as optimizing the decision-making process.
Main functions of the department:
Maintaining statistical information related to students and monitoring its correct entry into the "HEMIS" information system;
Coordination of the process of maintaining and storing student documents:
Ensuring the use and implementation of the HEMIS, Moodle, LMS educational platforms and the unified interdepartmental electronic document management system "ijro.gov.uz";
Assess the status of the work carried out in the office, as well as the organization of the educational process at the Chirchik branch of TDTU through the system;
System-based monitoring of the timely completion of the educational process based on the final control schedule approved by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs on the electronic learning platform;
Summarize and analyze student movements (transfer, academic leave and return, reinstatement) through the TTA e-learning platform in accordance with the regulations on the procedure for admission to the Chirchik branch of TDTU, transfer, reinstatement and expulsion of students;
Participate in the proper organization of the educational process through the system, based on the requirements established by the Cabinet of Ministers, ministries, and the TTA, and in coordinating the activities of professors, teachers, staff, and students in this process.

The Department of Education Quality Control was established in accordance with paragraph 14 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 515 dated July 18, 2017 “On the Organization of the Activities of the State Inspectorate for Education Quality Control under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and is directly part of the Chirchik Branch of Tashkent State Medical University.
The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", the National Personnel Training Program, resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders and legal instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations and the Director of the Chirchik Branch of Tashkent State Medical University (TashDavTU Chirchik Branch), as well as the Regulations on the Department.

- The Internal Control and Monitoring Department of the Chirchik Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy was established to monitor and analyze the implementation of the tasks set out in the national personnel training program, the timely implementation of the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of higher education, regulatory documents and methodological instructions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as internal orders, resolutions and instructions of the Branch during the educational process.
2. The Internal Control and Monitoring Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On Education", the National Personnel Training Program, Decrees and Orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, resolutions and orders of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, and the Regulation "On Internal Control and Monitoring of the Implementation of the National Personnel Training Program".
3. About the activities of the department
The Department of Finance and Economics is a structural unit of the Chirchik Branch of Tashkent Medical University (TTU Chirchik Branch). The responsibilities of the department include the development of current and prospective plans, the development of forecasts and maintenance costs for the departments of the Chirchik Branch of TTU, the identification and implementation of the financial needs of the Chirchik Branch of TTU from various sources (state budget, contract-payment special funds, scientific research activities and other sources). The Department of Finance and Economics draws up and organizes the cost estimates for the budget, payment-contract, special funds, development fund and grants. According to the estimate, it draws up a list of the required needs for the current year in each direction and forms the amount of estimated costs for departments and departments based on the limits of budgetary and extra-budgetary funds.
